According to Lu’s twitter, Asher Roth, B.o.B, The Cool Kids, Charles Hamilton, Blu, Diggy, J. Cole, Wale and himself are all working on an entire project together.

Release date for Thank Me Later

The long awaited Thank Me Later album from up and coming superstar Drake, has officially gotten a release date.
May 25th, 2010
While I’m not excited as I used to be for this album, I’m hoping that it will be worth the wait.

The most recent track he dropped, Shut It Down (ft. The Dream) bored me to tears. Hopefully the rest of album delivers.

Well Diggy Simmons [yes, Diggy as in Rev Run's son] has done a cover of it, and I must say, it’s quite impressive. It’s not perfect by any means, but this kid is what, 15? Yeah, so check it out.

Sneaker Releases for March 06, 2010

So , there are two new pair of Jordan’s on the market starting this saturday.
While I love one of these pairs and loathe the other, I will post them both, due to the fact I have had some male friends say they enjoy both.

The first pair [these are the ones I am not fond of at all] are the Air Jordan Fusion 8′s. They are a mixture of the Air Force 1′s and the Air Jordan 8. Personally, I find it looking sloppy and not well thought you. It comes in the aqua color (as pictured) and also in White/red/black.

The next pair that are being released Saturday are the Jordan 6 Rings Premier. I find these much more visually appealing, and the price tag is not too hefty, as they come in around $175. The only color is the black/white, but with the design of the shoe, I’m pretty sure that it suffices.

Shameless Plug Warning

So, a friend of mine, Marcus Norris, is releasing his mixtape on Valentine’s Day. While I wanted to wait until I received my tangible copy in the mail to review it, I may do a review as soon as possible once it comes out available to download.
I promise he’s talented, I’ve heard his previous music as well. I wouldn’t give you guys a link to something that wasn’t worth listening to. Without a warning label attached of course.

But, if I’m not satisfied with it, I’m going to be honest about it.

I’m also going to try to get an interview with him, either on Skype, or in person [which is a long shot since I won't have a car until March.]

I want to do something that I can get on a podcast or a video that I can post here .

So this review will probably be up Monday or Tuesday.
